The official network
Changi Airport lists the complimentary network as #WiFi@Changi. Coverage is provided in both public and transit areas across the airport.
How to connect
The airport’s instructions are simple: select #WiFi@Changi, open a browser and load a normal website to reach the login page, then choose the Wi‑Fi option to start browsing.
Transit versus arrival connectivity
Airport Wi‑Fi is excellent for a connection inside Changi. If you are entering Singapore, mobile data becomes more important for MRT directions, ride apps, hotel check-in messages and maps away from the terminal.
Keep key details offline
Save your onward boarding pass, hotel address and any immigration information you may need. Airport Wi‑Fi is a convenience, not a substitute for having critical travel information available offline.
